ORDERING FROM US

How can I place an order?

  • Online. You can order online. Sales tax where applicable will be added, plus a shipping charge, unless we have a Free Shipping promotion.
  • By Phone. You can order by phone to 979-297-0979. If you visited a local show or have a coupon, you can get a discount and free shipping.
  • By Mail. Mail your order to CTI, 3701 Carbtex Road, Angleton TX 77515.

How can I pay?
We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. At local trade shows, you can also pay with checks or cash.

SHIPPING

What shipping choices do I have?
We use Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express via USPS, the U.S. Postal System, which we have found to be very reliable and convenient for our customers in the USA and overseas. Packages can be tracked easily, and confirmation e-mails sent.
For overseas shipments see below “Can I ship overseas?” for the various options available.

How do you determine shipping costs?
USPS usually costs less than other services, but we have found Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express (and also First Class mail) to be speedy and reliable. They are continually improving their services and options. Their cost is determined by zip code and package weight/size. If you have a special mailing request, just call us. Don’t forget, for telephone orders you have the option of free shipping. To keep our product prices as low as possible, even though they are all high-tech, we do not add handling charges.

When will my package be delivered?
Priority Mail packages now have 1, 2 or 3 Day Specific Delivery, depending on ZIP code.
Priority Mail Express (i.e. what used to be called Express Mail) packages are usually delivered the next day to most US locations, if shipped before 3 p.m.

Can I ship to different addresses?
Yes. Please indicate the address you wish the items to go to in the ‘Ship To” address field.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, because we use USPS.

Can I ship to military personnel overseas?
Yes, USPS allows us to ship to APO/FPO addresses in their special envelopes and boxes.

Can I ship overseas?

  • Yes. Global Express Guaranteed is the fastest way: delivery is 1 – 3 business days to over 180 countries, working in conjunction with Fedex, and with advanced tracking capabilities.
  • Priority Mail Express International: delivery is 3 – 5 business days, with track and confirm capabilitaies. Still fast, affordable and available to over 180 countries. Date-certain service is available to many countries.
  • Priority Mail International is the least expensive, with delivery of 6 – 10 business days and flat rate options and track and confirm capability to over 180 countries.

Can I track and confirm my order?
Yes. The tracking number is included on the e-mail notification from USPS when your order is shipped. Use our Track Your Order Tool to track and confirm delivery.

Can I get an e-mail confirmation?
Yes, if you enter your e-mail address when you place the order online, or if you provide with your e-mail address on a telephone order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I’ve ordered the wrong size. How can I exchange it? 
Call us to make sure we send out the new item in the right size or color, and we will enclose a prepaid USPS envelope for you to use. Place the garment you wish to return, in its original plastic bag, in the envelope and drop it in the mail, or give it to your mail carrier.

How do I make an exchange?
Call us at 979-297-0979 to settle any difference in price, up or down. We will send a prepaid USPS envelope with the new item for you to send back the return item.

How do I make a return?
Use the Return Section on the packing list enclosed with your order. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, call us for prepaid return envelope. Place the garment you wish to return, in its original plastic bag, in the envelope and drop it in the mail, or give it to your mail carrier. Learn more about our return policy.

Can I request a credit and how long will it take?
Yes, if you paid by credit card it takes a few days for it to appear on your records. If you paid by check it takes a few days for you to receive our check by mail. Please allow 7 – 10 days.

Can I track the return?
Yes, using the number on the envelope that we send to you, you can track and confirm delivery.

Yes. We are very proud to say that all of the production and manufacturing is completed in the USA.

Absolutely. Any military person, active or retired, can request their special discount on any type of order and any product. Military discount apply in addition to other available offers.

How do I redeem a promo code (online coupon)?
Activate your Promo Code during the payment step of the checkout process. Enter your code into the “Promotional Code” box. The discount or special offer will be applied to your order.

How do I redeem a show discount if I place my order(s) after the show?
Call with a telephone order to get the special show discounts that you heard about at the show. You can do this on future orders too, just mention the show and your sales person.

Yes, as long as coupons are valid. Orders can be placed online or by phone.
